Rostelecom: "impressive" speed

On June 3, 2020, with the participation of representatives of Sberbank, PJSC Rosseti and PJSC Rostelecom, a load testing of the scenario for sending ruble payments to the productive Fintech API stand of Sberbank using the Universal Payment System of Corporations (UPS) took place. As part of the scenario, operations were performed with 10,000 documents: converting each document into the bank format, signing the document, sending it to the bank, obtaining the first status from the bank (accepted by the bank). The test scenario was compiled and pre-agreed with representatives of Sberbank and other load testing participants.

The time to send all 10,000 documents was 1640.5157 seconds or 27.34 minutes. On average, one document went through the full script cycle (converting, signing, sending, receiving status) in 0.1640 seconds. As noted above, representatives of PJSC Rostelecom took part in the testing, with which Treasury Systems LLC has partnerships (the company leases data centers from Russia's largest provider of digital services).
